Pink Salad

This is a really good salad that my aunt/grandma made for us for the first time. It's called pink salad because that is the color of the dressing! :)

DRESSING:

1/3 c. red onion

½ c. red wine vinegar

1 c. sugar

1 pinch dried mustard

1 t. salt

Blend in a food processor until smooth, add 1 cup oil.


SALAD:

Romaine lettuce

Bacon, Crumbled

Dried Cranberries

Mozzarella Cheese

Sugared Almonds

Toss together. You can pour dressing on and mix together, or serve the dressing separately!
